YOUR CHALLENGE GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Our Global Products Solution (GPS) Technology department aims to strategically develop, strengthen and align the software engineering expertise and implement state of the art platforms covering Execution, Sales and Trading. As a highly motivated and experienced C# developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our financial platforms and applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. KEY FEATURES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Agile Program Planning and Execution
- Actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning processes within GPS
- Proactively participate in all Agile ceremonies, e.g stand-ups and sprint planning.
Design and Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions for our financial products and services.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C#.
- Optimize server-side performance and ensure data integrity and security.
- Work on integrating various financial systems and third-party services, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the stack, providing support for both development and production environments.
Change Management
- Support change management and release rollout planning.
- Provide dedicated post implementation support locally in Asia.
Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
YOUR PROFILE
- Professional and Technical Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on C# backend development.
- Profound hands-on C# programming skills.
- Good knowledge of Mongo DB and MS SQL.
- Good knowledge of RabbitMQ, gRPC and GraphQL.
- Good code review skills, and pride in code quality.
- Work experience in the financial industry is desirable.
- Personal and Social Able to work independently and in a global team setup to take on initiatives with a positive attitude.
