As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee e-commerce projects from concept to delivery, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. While not directly coding, your technical expertise will ensure project requirements are met and potential challenges are identified early.
Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to define and document clear, actionable project specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Validate technical deliverables against requirements to ensure high standards.
- Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA specialists) to achieve project goals.
- Client Communication: Manage client relationships, expectations, and technical constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years managing digital or e-commerce projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (ERP, CRM, OMS integrations).
- Skills: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and advanced English (spoken and written).
- Time Zone: Availability to work in EST timezone.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify Plus and related integrations.
- Knowledge of e-commerce architectures and platforms.
