Summary
The Senior Data Analyst will build and maintain BI dashboards, perform data analysis to support business decisions, and ensure data quality. The role requires advanced SQL and BI tool proficiency while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote, U.S.-aligned time zone environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Perform data analysis and develop reporting that supports business decision-making.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, reliability, and data quality.
- Support reporting tools, datasets, and business metrics.
- Troubleshoot reporting and data issues.
- Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and increase automation.
- Support the ongoing reliability and accessibility of reporting and data infrastructure.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of relevant data analysis and reporting experience.
- Advanced SQL experience.
- Strong experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong data analysis and reporting experience.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration experience.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of data modeling.
- Knowledge of ETL processes.

Location, Time & Engagement

- 100% allocation / approximately 40 hours per week.
