Job Details:
- 12 months contract extendable to another 12 months

- Reporting directly to Managing Director, APAC Total Rewards & Performance

- It will be an individual contributor role. This is agreenfield role, akin to new start up.

Job Requirements

• Experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, with a strong focus on compensation system management and project leadership.
• Proficiency with compensation technology platforms (e.g., HRSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar), including experience in system design, configuration, testing and reporting.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, complex projects related to annual compensation cycles or HR technology implementation, ideally within a regional or multi-country APAC environment.
• Experience working as a third-party contractor or consultant in a similar a capacity is preferred
• Ability to consolidate and translate country-specific policies and requirements into system and process design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with HR technology teams for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
