1408 Operation Support Officer /Woodlands

Job position: Operation Support Officer

Salary range: $1800-$2300

Name of Authority: Riverside Secondary School

Contract Period: From 3 October 2026 to 2 October 2027.

Option to Extend: From 3 October 2027 to 2 October 2028.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

•Mondays to Fridays: inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

oFrom 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

oFrom 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

oFrom 12:00 pm to 9:00pm (on needs basis – to support school events, if any)

•Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays.

Requirements:

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Pass in Primary School Leaving Certificate (PSLE) or equivalent and

Preferably have some working experience in schools with job scope include cleaning and logistics.

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows:

1.To provide operations support for the smooth and effective operations of the school.

2.To maintain the general cleanliness of the school including equipment(s) and workplace.

3.To lock and unlock the doors of the classrooms and other rooms in the school.

4.To open/close windows and doors of clsssrooms and other rooms in the school.

5.To open and close the gates, doors of office and other buildings within the school premises.

6.To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture, equipment, refereshments, etc.

7.To assist in the preparation of logistics and equipment.

8.To help carry stock, furniture, etc.

9.To relief other operatioins support officer.

10.To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-principals, Operations Manager or any other authorised officer.
