Job position: Student Management Support Staff

Salary range: $2800-$3300

Name of Authority: BUKIT TIMAH PRIMARY SCHOOL

Contract Period: From 14 September 2026 to 30 November 2027

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

•Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

•Certain training sessions or briefing sessions that are conducted during school holidays or after school sessions.

•Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, school holidays, gazetted public holidays and gazetted school holidays for primary schools (Children’s Day, Youth Day, Teachers’ Day)

Requirements:

The Personnel shall minimally have the following:

•Must be registered with Ministry of Education (REMS) as of ITQ closing date and remain registered throughout the contract period

•Academic qualification: at least Diploma

•Pleasant disposition and people-oriented

•Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

•Prior work experience with students in schools will be an added advantage

•Experience in counselling, behaviour management, case management or restorative practices will be an advantage.

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows:

•Investigate cases of student misconduct and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

•Maintain accurate case records using the school case tracking sheet and monitor follow-up.

•Facilitate student reflection and reconciliation sessions.

•Conduct regular check-ins with identified students and support teachers in implementing intervention plans.

•Coordinate Recess Suspension and In-School Suspension duties.

•Compile relevant reports and statistics and provide other administrative and operational support for Student Management.
