Compensation

• All 15 year old positions pay $15/hr.
• We offer a daytime summer shift differential of $.50 per hour for 15 yo Team Members who qualify, based on scheduling availability.
• We offer automatic $.50 raises for every 1,000 hours worked.

Schedule

• Must be able to work 18 hours per week
• Weekday shifts are exactly 4P - 7P. 2 to 3 days of weekday availability, plus Friday and Saturday availability is required
• Homeschool students may choose to work from 11A - 2P on a weekday, instead of 4P - 7P
• Saturday and non-school day shifts can be up to 8 hours, between the hours of 7A and 7P. Saturday availability is required
• Summer shifts can be up to 8 hours, between the hours of 7A and 9P. Saturday availability is required

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Take orders, both inside and outside the restaurant
• Deliver food to guests, both inside and outside the restaurant
• Bag food and make drinks efficiently with order accuracy
• Clean all areas of the Dining Room and Drive Thru
• BOH duties may include things like boxing nuggets, packaging cookies, preparing mac and cheese, etc. The use of fryers, grills, and ovens is not allowed
• Other duties as assigned
• As soon as you turn 16 years old, you may transition to a part-time position with higher pay. At that time, you may choose to stay in FOH/customer service or move into a BOH/cooking position.

Requirements

• Must be 15 years old to be considered for this position
• Must be willing to work both inside and outside throughout the summer, winter, spring, and fall seasons
• Must be able to work in Liberty, Missouri
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must have at least 4 days of availability each week, including both Friday and Saturday availability
• Must be able to start at exactly 4P on a school day, unless homeschooled and working the 11A shift

About

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®.
