- Prepare and shape pizza dough with precision, ensuring consistency in quality and portion sizes while maintaining high standards
- Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment, including high-temperature ovens (up to 500+ degrees), pizza peels, and cutting tools with expertise and safety awareness
- Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications, paying meticulous attention to ingredient placement, portion control, and presentation
