Summary
16-month contract Project Manager role in the oil & gas sector, based in Singapore, coordinating manufacturing and refurbishment teams to deliver projects per contract and customer requirements. Day to day involves managing the Contract Master Schedule, quality-system compliance, invoicing/POC reporting, and MRP system activities.
- Effectively coordinate Manufacturing and Refurbishment teams related to Project deliverables with respect to internal and customer specific requirements as defined by internal policies and procedures and Contract.
- Execute the Project in a safe, efficient and timely manner in accordance with the contract and specifications.
- Develop and help manage the Contract Master Schedule (CMS) and convey the schedule requirements to all departments for buy-in to project requirements.
- Maintain compliance with the Company Quality System.
- Manage invoicing schedule, POC reporting, and all activities in the MRP system to complete all tasks.
- Generally work independently on typical project management activities, with support provided in navigating execution understanding the product and interfaces, and supporting Customer in developing their offshore campaign.
