Job Details:

📍 Location: Bedok
💰 Salary: Pay @ $12/h
⏳ Duration: 16 Nov onwards to 18 Dec (can extend / convert)
🕑 Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

✨ Handle inbound calls
✨ Answer calls through system with headsets, write down enquiries in system, assist customers over the phone, write in system things advised
✨ Training provided

Requirements:

✅ Some customer service experience required

✅ Tech-savvy to use Customer Service software
