16080 - Senior Software Engineer

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React UI Developer with 6+ years of experience in building modern enterprise web applications using React.js and related frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI engineering, frontend architecture, and AI-assisted software development practices, leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and enhance user experiences. Experience integrating Generative AI services and developing AI-enabled user interfaces will be a strong advantage.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and responsive web applications using React.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality production-ready code.
• Develop reusable components, libraries, and design system elements to accelerate development.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, Redux Toolkit, or similar frameworks.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to frontend design decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Work within Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Ensure application security, code quality, and adherence to enterprise development standards.
