Job summary:

As a Vice President, Head of Global Quality Management within Client Onboarding and Service, you lead the centralized quality assurance function for the Client Onboarding and Service organization. You set the quality assurance strategy, operating model, and governance routines that enable consistent execution and credible outcomes. You oversee comprehensive quality assurance reviews against internal standards, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strong evidence. You use governed data and root-cause analysis to identify themes, emerging risks, and systemic issues, then drive prioritized corrective actions and scalable process improvements. You partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen controls and improve the client experience.

In this role, you will oversee quality assurance reviews against firm quality and control standards and ensure evidence is complete, reliable, and decision-useful. You will translate review outcomes into insights that leaders can act on, including defect themes, emerging risks, and process breakdowns. You will guide the team to design practical solutions that improve performance while maintaining strong controls. You will communicate progress clearly and track corrective actions through closure. You will help strengthen shared ways of working across regions to enable consistent execution.

Job responsibilities

  • Set global quality strategy and governance, including the operating model, standards, routines, and partner engagement approach
  • Lead a global quality review program, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness of review outcomes and supporting evidence
  • Build and develop a high-performing team through clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and strong operating practices
  • Analyze results to identify trends, emerging risks, control gaps, and systemic issues, and lead disciplined root-cause analysis
  • Prioritize and drive corrective actions, ensuring timely execution, monitoring, and sustainable closure of critical defects
  • Design and implement scalable process improvements that strengthen controls and support business growth
  • Communicate themes, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders through concise, actionable reporting

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ten or more years of relevant experience in quality, controls, operational risk, or process excellence
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including setting objectives, developing talent, and sustaining strong team engagement
  • Proven expertise in quality assurance reviews, risk and control standards, and root-cause analysis with measurable outcomes
  • Strong data literacy, including the ability to use governed data to generate insights and improve outcomes
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to design and implement solutions that improve processes and strengthen controls
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing across functions and communicating clearly to senior audiences
  • Ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and composure through complexity and change

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Deep knowledge of quality management practices, corrective action management, and defect elimination
  • Experience supporting client onboarding, client service, or payments-related processes and products
  • Client Onboarding and Client Service product and process knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization across competing demands

Additional Information

  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.
