1st FIVE DEVELOPMENTAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist families with applying for community resources and program services
• Support families during crisis situations
• Maintain accurate documentation using required software and databases
• Collaborate with community partners and service providers

Qualifications:

• At minimum 4 years of combination of education and/or experience working in an early childhood field, family/human services or closely related field working with children and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of community resources preferred
• Ability to learn and effectively use computer software and databases
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel required
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility, leadership, and professionalism
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
