Leadpoint Business Services seeks a qualified Baler Operator/Forklift Operator to join our team at a busy recycling facility in Clifton, CO. This position is responsible for safely operating baling equipment and forklifts to process, move, and organize recyclable materials.
PRIOR BALER AND/OR FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!

Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate baler equipment and forklifts.

Load, unload, and move recyclable materials.

Monitor baler operations and ensure materials are processed efficiently.

Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Previous forklift or baler operating experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced recycling facility.

Willing to consent to a background check and drug screen.

Authorized to work in the United States.
