A.J. Rose Manufacturing Company is seeking motivated individuals to join our Stamping Press Department as a 1st Shift Laborer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn metal stamping operations and grow into a Press Operator role.
Responsibilities
- Assist Press Operators with daily production activities
- Visually inspect stamped parts for defects and quality requirements
- Pack and prepare finished parts for shipment or next-stage processing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Learn setup, operation, and safety procedures for various stamping presses
- Follow company quality and safety standards
- Support production goals and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
