Quality Technician
Location: Johnson Creek, WI
Employment Type: 1st shift (6:00am to 2:30pm). Flexible, plus some weekends as needed.
Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Technician / Manufacturing Technician to support our CNC machining operations.
This role is ideal for a CNC operator or manufacturing employee who wants to move into a quality-focused role. If you take pride in making good parts and catching issues early, we will train you on the quality side.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Verify parts meet print specifications and quality standards
- Support machinists and operators with quality checks
- Assist with basic machine setup (tools, materials, fixtures)
- Help troubleshoot production or quality issues
- Follow and reinforce standard work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S)
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
