1y Order Processing Senior Associate (Up to $3.5k, West) #HFT

Mon – Fri, Office hours ⏰

1. Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and on time. Coordinate order fulfilment with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

2. Perform ship confirmation upon receipt of complete shipping documents and ensure all pending orders are closed by month-end.

3. Process stock transfers between warehouses or locations and monitor inventory movements.

4. Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation and ERP updates.

5. Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory audits.

6. Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

7. Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Operations Management
• Min 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, distribution & operation management
