Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related

Engineering/Business field.

Trained and preferably certified as PMP.

Skills:

Strong Knowledge and experience of software procurement procedures,

requirements/systems analysis, tendering procedures, vendor's negotiation, Software

Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Information Security requirements.

Excellent people management, problem solving, persuasion, negotiation, and decision

making skills and team player with good written and verbal communication skills

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

Minimum 9 years of progressive and directly related experience
