Description
Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Assist in responding to simple customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
Perform basic checks on customer transactions and ensure proper completion of forms and documents for faster processing.
Engage customers who are considering surrendering their policies and understand their concerns and needs.
Walk customers through relevant product features, benefits and available options to help them make informed decisions.
Encourage customers to consider alternative options to policy surrender, where appropriate and in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.
Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
