Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in responding to simple customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform basic checks on customer transactions and ensure proper completion of forms and documents for faster processing.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers outside the office where required.
- Engage customers who are considering surrendering their policies and understand their concerns and needs.
- Walk customers through relevant product features, benefits and available options to help them make informed decisions.
- Encourage customers to consider alternative options to policy surrender, where appropriate and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Contact Centre Team Lead and relevant internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately.
- Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
