2026/2027 Ticket Window Cashier

Join our team this winter as a Ticket Window Cashier! This seasonal role offers part-time or full-time opportunities, perfect for those who enjoy working with people in a fun, fast-paced environment. Our cashiers are the first point of contact for many guests, so providing friendly, helpful service is at the heart of the job. You’ll learn our Point of Sale (POS) system, gain knowledge of all ticketing products, and help guests get started on their mountain adventure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and sell tickets with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Provide clear information on ticket options, products, and restrictions
• Assist guests unfamiliar with Jiminy Peak’s ticketing process
• Handle daily bank responsibilities and balance sales accurately
• Share knowledge about other Jiminy departments and services to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications

• Must be 14 years of age or older
• Friendly, personable, and guest-focused
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
• Flexibility with scheduling needs
• If over 18, must successfully complete a Criminal Background Check (CORI)
