As part of the team powering Australia’s number one banking app, you’ll help deliver innovative features like Cardless Cash, Spend Tracker, Benefits Finder and StepPay. The opportunities for our Engineering graduates continue to grow, with pathways across Data Engineering (ML/AI), Software Engineering (Web, Mobile, Full‑Stack), Site Reliability Engineering.

Data Science and AI (Sydney & Melbourne)

Throughout the program, you’ll strengthen your technical skills with SQL, Python, AWS, and Teradata, and explore how AI powered data capabilities can drive smarter, more efficient ways of working. You’ll gain experience working with large, complex datasets, to deliver actionable insights that lead to meaningful outcomes for our customers and real impact for the business.

If this sounds like you, and you are:

• APermanentResident of Australia (please note, this does not include bridging visas while awaiting permanent residency or 820 visa holders), or Citizen of Australia or New Zealand at the time of your application
• In your final year of study or have completed your degree within the last 24 months.
• Achieving a minimum 65 WAM/GPA if you’re applying for Data Science & AI and 70 WAM/GPA for Engineering.
• Sydney or Melbourne or Perth based, or willing to relocate to Sydney or Melbourne for the program at your own expense.

We have a long history of supporting flexible working in its many forms so you can live your best life and do your best work. Most of our teams are in one of our office locations for at least 50% of the month while working from home the rest of the time.
