Salary: $51,379 – $65,402 (Base + Referendum + Master's Supplement + Math Teacher Certificiation)

BridgePrep Academy Broward is seeking a dedicated 6th-8th Grade Math Teacher to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned middle school mathematics instruction. Partner with SMART Management in our mission to provide a student-centered academic experience enriched by technology and Spanish language integration.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging middle school math lessons focused on foundational algebra, geometry, ratios, state standards mastery, and mathematical problem-solving.
Culture & Support: Maintain a structured, supportive classroom environment; differentiate instruction for ESE, 504, and ELL scholars through required accommodations.
Collaboration & Compliance: Participate in weekly coaching and PD; submit lesson plans and student data on time; maintain regular family communication.
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Middle Grades Education, or a related field.
Certification: Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in Middle Grades Mathematics (Grades 5–9) or Mathematics (Grades 6–12).
Clearance: Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.
Preferred: ESOL Endorsement; Master’s degree; prior middle school math teaching experience.
