Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-Commerce sales strategies for assigned channels to achieve revenue, profitability, and key performance KPIs
• Lead online merchandising and assortment planning based on sales objectives, key seasons, and promotional plans, leveraging market and competitor insights
• Drive sales performance through in-depth data analysis and on-site media placement management, continuously optimizing customer journey and conversion
• Lead and develop relationships with key online partners and vendors, negotiating and executing joint business plans to maximize growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with marketing and other cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and accelerate sales through media, advocacy, sampling
• Manage end-to-end e-Commerce operation process including sales forecasting, budget and P&L tracking, stock and price competitiveness management

Requirements

• University graduate
• 3~7 years of experience in e-Com channel maintenance or online marketing with a strong focus on the luxury beauty industry
• Deep understanding of the prestige beauty customer and their purchasing behaviors/journey
• Ability to solve problems in detail and suggest resolutions
• Fluent in Korean and intermediate English
• Proficient in Excel (for data analysis), PPT, Word
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
