Graduate SAP Technical Consultant in DXC's Brisbane office, joining the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) capability within its Public Sector practice. Day to day: coding, testing, debugging, documentation and code reviews on cloud-based SAP integration and automation projects, learning from senior team members.
Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
- The graduate will join the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) capability within the Public Sector practice, supporting cloud-based innovation, integration and automation initiatives across a diverse range of accounts
- Contribute to package software application development projects.
- Collaborate with the team on coding, testing, and maintenance tasks.
- Follow coding standards and best practices.
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting software issues.
- Learn and apply basic programming concepts and techniques.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in software documentation.
- Seek guidance from senior team members.
Basic Qualifications or Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience (Completed between Nov 2024 - Feb 2027)
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts (SaaS, PaaS, APIs), Basic knowledge of integration concepts, Exposure to programming fundamentals,
- Awareness of automation and workflow concepts, Analytical and structured problem-solving capability,
- Strong written documentation skills,
- Curiosity and interest in innovation,
- AI and enterprise automation.
- Strong motivation to learn and excel in the role
