💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing BIM models to extract asset information.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of asset registers in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Supporting data analysis activities using Excel, Power BI and other digital tools.
- Facilitating site-based asset tagging and verification exercises.
- Contributing to the collection and analysis of asset data used for lifecycle planning and investment modelling.

- Degree in Building Services Engineering, Asset Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline such as, Building Information Modelling (BIM) with a view to exploring Asset Management.

Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term.
