[2027 Internship] Legal Counsel (May-Jul 2027)

What You Will Do

• Support day-to-day legal work related to the company’s business and operations.
• Conduct research on and provide updates regarding relevant Thai and international laws, regulations, regulatory guidelines, and court precedents to support ongoing and new application features, business strategies and risk mitigation.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents in both Thai and English.
• Assist in reviewing product flows, application features, and user journeys to identify legal considerations, under supervision.
• Work on special legal project assigned by the Legal Team.

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and legal research and interpretation skills, with the ability to synthesize findings into clear insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies and innovations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about financial laws and regulations, digital lending and technology-related legal issues, with a proactive and self-starter mindset.
