2027 Patriot 360 Internship Program
PATRIOT 360°INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE
Patriot interns work side by side with our professional staff and are integral members of the department. Our interns are involved at all stages of the inspection process, working independently and part of a team. Our interns are introduced to each of our services in their time with us.
In addition to the technical exposure, Patriot interns are provided the opportunity to personally meet with our Senior Leadership Team, receive an annual review, evaluate the internship process, and participate in employee activities and events. Patriot believes that the internship experience should provide a 360° view of the “real” employment world.
Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, with locations throughout Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan, Patriot Engineering and Environmental is an employee owned, diverse engineering firm with a multi-state locations and presence providing geotechnical, environmental, and construction materials testing services and consultation to commercial, industrial and governmental clients. We are a team of talented, trustworthy and skilled servant leaders who are passionate about what we do and enjoy providing personalized attention to our clients.

Patriot interns work side by side with our professional staff and are immediate and integral members of the department.
mentor companion
From day one, you’ll be assigned a mentor. This person will have re-occurring meetings with you and be a resource as you go through this immersive experience.
hands on experience
You won’t be stuck getting coffee and sitting behind a desk. Our interns work independently and with their team inspecting, testing, sampling, and hands-on learning.
goals +milestones
We’re excited to help you learn and grow. You’ll work with your mentor to establish goals for your experience, and we’ll help you set milestones to accomplish those while you’re a part of our team!
