What you’ll achieve
As a member of Server Mechanical Engineering Graduate Program, you will drive innovative mechanical design solutions for server systems, including contributing ideas and providing constructive feedback on project technical discussion. In the Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to experience and work in Mechanical, Thermal/Acoustic and Shock/Vibration teams. The program provides you with a broader engineering view and helps you build up the skills, perspectives, and connections enabling you to become a solution architect or engineer leader in your career.
You will:
Mechanical
- Design, document, and monitor the validation and qualification of both components/assemblies with moderate supervision.
- Exercise moderate knowledge of engineering technology and moderate skills with engineering tools.
- Interface with suppliers and internal cross functions, e.g. manufacturing, quality, tooling, electrical engineering, to ensure successful development and launch of new products on time and on quality.
- Present analysis and critical findings concisely to team members and management teams.
- Keep management team informed of key technical, schedule related risks and issues.
Thermal
- Join to develop thermal solutions for server products through engaging with different stakeholders, such as cross-functional teams, ODMs, and suppliers
- Analyze testing data and find out the optimized solution
- Learn to do issue debugging and drive the root cause out
- Be proactively collaborate with other teams and provide comprehensive deliverables
- Present your ideas and finding to demonstrate your capability

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Thermal or Automation Control Engineering and expect to graduate between February 2026 to August 2027
Mechanical
- Mechanical aptitude for interpretation of mechanical drawing specifications.
- Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing-driven design issues.
- Ability to read and understand technical data sheets.
- Fluency in English communication with strong communication/presentation skills.
Thermal
- Fundamental thermal and electrical cooling knowledge, including CAE/Simulation tool and empirical tests
- Data analysis and root cause analysis with logical thinking
- Good Communication and presentation skill
- Good or Fluent in English communication.
Desirable Requirements
- High interest in Mechanical or Thermal System Design in IT industry.
- Understanding of using CAD and FEA tools or work experience in Mechanical Design/ Thermal/ Reliability field would be a plus.
