Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-op to support recruiting efforts across Heritage Holding and its portfolio companies. This role is highly hands-on and offers direct exposure to sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hiring strategy within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in private equity, recruiting, or operations, looking to gain real experience working alongside leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting across portfolio companies
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines within Ashby ATS
Assist in drafting job descriptions
Support employer branding and recruiting process improvements
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business or a related field
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable with ambiguity and problem solving
Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ATS experience desirable but not required
