During winter break: 5 days/ week
During semester: at least 3 days/ week
--MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES--
- Assist in managing the inventory flow of the marketing department’s small warehouse and the NS main warehouse.
- Support the execution details of major marketing events, such as organizing guest lists and preparing seating charts, packing and unpacking event tools.
- Assist with translation and proofreading of selected documents.
- Provide support for tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager
