【2027研發替代役暨預聘】Agentic Robot Engineer_ Delta Robotics Innovation Center (Taipei)

The Delta Robotics Innovation Center (DRIC) is established to support Delta Electronics’ long-term robotics development. Its primary purpose is to build and enhance Delta’s capabilities in robot design, manufacturing, and integration. Rather than focusing on delivering specific products, the center aims to cultivate core competencies that enable Delta groups to efficiently develop and commercialize robotics-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Agentic Scaffolding: Build software harnesses that enable off-the-shelf LLMs/VLMs to act as high-level planners, translating natural language into structured robot tasks, API calls, or executable scripts.
• Architect Execution Layers: Design robust mid-level execution layers—using Code-as-Policy (dynamic Python), Finite State Machines (FSMs), or ROS2 Behavior Trees—to ground open-ended AI plans into safe, deterministic physical actions.
• Build Auto-Iteration Loops: Design hardware-in-the-loop testing infrastructure (auto-verification and scene resets) so agentic pipelines can ingest execution logs and autonomously optimize their own code.
• Integrate Multi-Modal Perception: Hook up existing Vision-Language Models as tool-callable APIs for real-time semantic tasks like object localization, spatial reasoning, and failure detection.
• Optimize Sim-to-Real: Maintain the software abstractions separating high-level semantic planning from low-level reactive hardware control.
