【2027研發替代役暨預聘】Embodied AI Engineer _ Delta Robotics Innovation Center (Taipei)

The Delta Robotics Innovation Center (DRIC) is established to support Delta Electronics’ long-term robotics development. Its primary purpose is to build and enhance Delta’s capabilities in robot design, manufacturing, and integration. Rather than focusing on delivering specific products, the center aims to cultivate core competencies that enable Delta groups to efficiently develop and commercialize robotics-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy Foundation Models: Collaborate with AI research and hardware teams to deploy large multimodal models—such as Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models and Diffusion Policies—directly onto physical robot hardware for end-to-end control.
• Sim-to-Real & Co-Simulation: Design, scale, and optimize high-fidelity sim-to-real transfer pipelines using modern physics simulation ecosystems to bridge the gap between digital environments and real-world deployment.

•Real-Time Control Stack Integration: Integrate deep sensorimotor policies, reinforcement learning, and fine-tuned foundational models into low-level robot control loops, ensuring low-latency, real-time execution.

• Physical Validation & Safety: Validate, benchmark, and refine model performance on physical platforms, implementing safety guardrails to ensure robust, open-ended interaction in unconstrained real-world environments.
• Full-Stack Embodied Intelligence: Develop and deploy unified neural architectures that tightly couple open-vocabulary perception, semantic motion planning, and dexterous manipulation/locomotion.
