【Job responsibilities include】

• Coordinate monthly test models for TITL to ensure test capacity can support business demands, including tester, handler, test loadbaord, and handler kit.
• Work closely for near-term and future test capacity constraints across multiple work groups (MFG, engineer, equipment, etc.).
• Collaborate with central MPO team and other A/T capacity teams on test resource allocation to support demand.
• Work independently to summarize solutions and plans from different groups to support urgent demand requests.
• Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders on capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare capex and handle capital relate items, including submitting PR and tracking equipment delivery.
• Coordinate asset transfer.
• Work with IPO planning team, engineering, and MFG teams on ESD OTD, escalation, and near-term capacity support plan.
• Coordinate production lot start according to capacity, customer requirements and WIP status.
