Drive and manage the development of technical content for IT administrators. To include but not limited to developing instructional documents for technical subjects, Write start-up guides, product documentation, Product Requirements Documents, Marketing Requirements Documents and other technical collateral.


In this role, you will leverage pre-existing documentation where available and work directly with product teams to gather any additional required information to create robust and scalable documentation for customers to perform pilot projects for these features in a self-sufficient manner.


Assist in the process of gathering feedback from customers by creating online surveys for IT administrators and end users to complete. Once customers have conducted pilot projects and completed surveys, compile results and create reports that communicate the results in a meaningful way that provides value back into product teams and senior management. Assist in translating technical information into customer-centric communications (for example, PowerPoint presentations) as needed.


  • Technical Writing and content development. This requires proficiency with MS PowerPoint, and mastery of MS Word to construct professional and complex documentation and content.
  • Project/Program Management Experience in developing technical documentation for new products to a broad range of industries in conjunction with a diverse group of engineers, marketing professionals, and managers.
  • Experience in the areas of human interaction and usability in relation to technology and adult learning theory when creating instructional documentation
