【採購】協助供應鏈資源開發，參與物料詢比議價作業與供應商 QCDS (品質、成本、交期、服務) 數據匯整。
【人資】參與全球人才招募計畫與雇主品牌校園活動；支援員工培訓課程規劃。
[Procurement] Assist in supply chain sourcing and participate in quoting, bidding, and supplier QCDS data compilation.
[HR] Participate in global recruitment and employer branding events. Support training planning.
具備良好的商務溝通基礎；採購須學習基本成本分析技術，人資須具備跨文化適應力、高度服務主動性與流利的英語表達能力。
Foundational business communication skills. Procurement requires learning cost analysis. HR requires cultural adaptability, proactivity, and fluent English skills.
