As a 240 Field Supervisor, you’ll coach and support first-year teachers during their crucial first year in the classroom—right in your own region.

What the Role Entails

Contract-based position with built-in flexibility

You control your workload - work with as many or as few candidates as you’d like based on your availability.

Provide coaching and support through formal observations using the T-TESS model
Compensation
- $1,400 - 1,550 per intern per year
- $875 per clinical teacher
Requirements

Master's degree REQUIRED
-
3+ years of teaching or administrative experience

Active teaching certification in the state of Texas

Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes

Current TTESS appraiser certification

If you do not hold this certification, you must be willing to complete a full-day T-TESS observation/coaching + training for Field Supervisors
