The Progressive Insurance Sales team is looking for a Bilingual and a non-Bilingual Mentor for the team! The Insurance Sales Mentor (Progressive) assists in the transition and development of new Insurance Sales Consultants. *This position is work-at-home*
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responds to new hires' questions and guides the representatives in providing assistance to the customer when needed
- Provides constructive, specific feedback to new hire agents' overall call performance
- Co-facilitate lessons in new hire training and performance assessments
- Employ classroom management techniques
- Conduct peer coaching sessions during the new hire period
- Take calls/chats and consistently meet performance expectations
- Partner with the Transition Coach to meet scheduling requirements and deadlines
