Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an EA cum Sr Associate - Operations at Sanchit Art based in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate and assist in daily operations, and ensure the smooth functioning of the gallery. Responsibilities also include helping in organising exhibitions, liaising with artists and clients, and overseeing general office management tasks to support the team and the gallery’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills including scheduling and office management
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
  
• Proven ability to handle general operations, manage details, and do things independently with minimal supervision
  
• Experience in event coordination, client relations, and internal coordination and management
  
• Proficient in delegation and timely follow-up to ensure on-time completion and outcomes
  
• Ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and work independently
  
• Prior experience in the art, cultural, or creative industry is an advantage
  
• Prior experience in Recruitment is an advantage
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts, or a related field
