26-27 Computer Support Technician

Assist with the setup of computer and telephone equipment for faculty, staff and computer labs; troubleshoot user problems with computers, monitors, phones, etc.; assist with annual used technology equipment sale including maintaining database of equipment to see; assist HelpDesk with faculty/staff computer issues when needed; assist all IT Department personnel on an as needed basis.
