Responsibilities
* Develop bug-free websites, modules, and pages in HubSpot CMS and using the latest front-end technologies.
* Complete internal and client projects on time and to specifications.
* Work directly with cross-functional teams and clients to understand needs and deliver solutions.
* Optimize website performance, loading times, and user experience.
* Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers.
* Collaborate on UI/UX improvements and implement feedback iteratively.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
* Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.
* Integrate third-party APIs and tools to enhance HubSpot functionality.
* Contributing to project planning and retrospectives.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end development.
* Experience with HubSpot CMS is not mandatory, but really appreciated.
* An online portfolio that we can review, showcasing relevant work.
* Bachelor's degree in IT or any relevant field.
* Advanced knowledge in front-end development technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React, Next.js, etc.
* Stable internet connection and reliable power supply for remote work.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
* Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
* Ability to work independently in a remote team environment, with strong time management skills.
* Experience with HubSpot certifications (e.g., CMS for Developers).
