We are seeking a 2D Designer, a creative visionary with an eye for detail, a passion for
storytelling through design, and the ability to transform ideas into visually stunning realities. You
will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Éclat Media Worldwide and our diverse
clientele. You will conceptualize and execute engaging design solutions that align with brand
objectives, lead creative projects from ideation to delivery, and inspire innovative thinking within
the creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design compelling visuals, including branding assets, event materials, digital and print media, and typography.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives and translate them into cohesive design strategies.
- Present and articulate design concepts effectively, ensuring creative alignment and stakeholder approval.
- Maintain high design standards, quality control, and ownership of all creative outputs.
- Explore emerging trends, tools, and technologies to keep Éclat’s design language cutting-edge.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a mid level capacity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling.
- A diverse and polished portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
