2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working within an MSP environment is desirable.
  • Proven experience in 2nd/3rd Line support.
  • Strong experience with M365 administration, including Entra and Intune.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft systems, including AD, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and NPS.
  • Experience with networking tools such as firewalls, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi.
  • Exposure to cloud, storage, and virtualisation technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, NAS, VMware, and Hyper-V.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a pressurised ticketing environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and engagement skills.
  • A full driving licence is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service while responding to and resolving a wide range of technical support requests.
  • Manage multiple tickets and projects simultaneously.
  • Assist with technical support requests within the team.
  • Keep our IT documentation fully up to date.
  • Meet and exceed established SLAs.
  • Ensure clear communication with both customers and internal staff.
  • Report directly to and work closely with the senior management team.
  • Handle office-based duties and conduct onsite work when required.
