Job Title: Experienced Professional Security Officers (All Shifts) - Austin ($18.00/HR)

Salary: $18.00 Hourly

We are hiring full-time security officers with open availability to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time with the ability to work any shift and weekends /holidays as needed with the ability to meet the physical demands of foot patrols. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security services to our clients by carrying out site-specific policies, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures
• Ability to handle difficult situations by remaining calm and firm
• Utilize strong conflict skills
• The physical and mental stamina to remain awake and alert during overnight hours
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed
• Monitor and report suspicious activities
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises
• Ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a valid level II Texas security license
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have 2 years of security experience
