🙋🏻‍♂️ We are looking to hire a 2nd Floor Manager for our restaurant Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar does that sound good to you?

✖️ In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

✅ Guaranteeing the best experience for the customer, taking care of the quality of service and the restaurant's image.

✅ Train and develop the team and new hires.

✅ Perform the management and supervision of tasks such as orders, stock, inventories, and cash registers.

✅ Attend to and resolve restaurant incidents.

✅ Comply with our quality and safety standards.

🎁 What do we offer?

📆 Immediate start.

💼 Permanent contract.

⏰ 25-hour weekly schedule on a split shift (lunches and dinners).

💰 Salary according to Collective Agreement: €13,670.28 gross per year + incentives

💸 More variable pay based on achieving objectives.

🌴 2 days off per week.

📝 You will be the ideal profile if you have...

👥 You have at least 1 year of previous experience leading front-of-house teams or managing restaurants (if it is in casual dining, even better).

🦸‍♂️ Good leadership skills and care for the customer experience.

💻 You handle tools such as: Mapal, Cover Manager, and Microsoft Office or similar.

💡 You organize yourself well, you anticipate problems, and you know how to make decisions with agility.

⏰ You have full availability and you love the rhythm of the shift.
