2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of 2nd Line IT experience
• TCP/IP networking and DNS
• PowerShell scripting
• Active Directory and Group Policy
• Windows 11
• Office 365 suite
• Hardware and printer support
• Troubleshooting skills
• Desirable: Hyper-V
• Desirable: Cisco networking
• Desirable: SQL Server
• Desirable: experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently
• Support Microsoft 365 and user administration
• Assist with device deployment and user onboarding
• Work with third-party suppliers when required
• Contribute to IT projects and system improvements
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices
• Help ensure systems remain secure and reliable
