2nd shift CNC Programmer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer III to program, set up, and operate CNC machining equipment to produce high-precision production and prototype parts. This senior-level role requires advanced programming skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the leadership skills to support and mentor other machinists.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or Wire EDM machines.
• Create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
• Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters for complex jobs.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining, programming, and tooling issues.
• Improve processes to increase quality and efficiency.
• Train and support less experienced machinists.
• Maintain documentation and follow all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Strong G-code programming skills and experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controls.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and multi-axis machining.
• Ability to hold tight tolerances and machine complex parts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay Range: $38.33-$40.24 plus $1.50 shift premium

Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time.
