💰 Salary Range: $19.00 – $22.00/Hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Afternoon & Evening Hours

What You'll Do

The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of skilled and manual tasks to ensure the proper care, upkeep, and repair of buildings, property, and equipment. You'll work closely with multiple departments to complete maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and inspectors as needed.

Requirements

• ✅ Minimum 1 year of general building maintenance experience (Required)

• ✅ Current, valid Class F Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire)

• ✅ 2nd Shift availability (Required)

• ✅ High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills

• Proficiency with a variety of power and hand tools (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry)

• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to crisis situations with urgency

Preferred

• College coursework or experience in construction/maintenance

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, local building safety & health codes

• Familiarity with custodial and landscaping methods
