Sanitation and Facilities Team Member

You will combine production sanitation with general custodial work, helping create an environment where every team can do its best work. What You'll Do:

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and facility areas.

• Remove meat debris and light grease using approved equipment.

• Safely use cleaning chemicals and high-pressure hoses.

• Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and shared spaces.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, disinfect, remove trash, and restock supplies.

• Assist with pre-operational inspections.

• Document completed work and report maintenance or safety concerns.

• Follow food safety, GMP, chemical-handling, Lockout/Tagout, and PPE requirements.

• Help with other custodial and facility duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and dependable work habits.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Sanitation, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities experience is a plus-but not required.

• You must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, reach, kneel, and climb stairs, and repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Schedule:

Second Shift: Starting at 5:00 p.m-2:30am.
Monday–Friday

• 8–12 hour shifts

• Occasional overtime, weekend, or Saturday work as needed

• Shift assignment based on department needs

Pay & Benefits:
