Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of production operations during the second shift. This position coordinates and directs production employees to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. They will help ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met while maintaining company safety, quality, attendance, housekeeping, and work-rule expectations.
The individual selected for this position may be required to train or work on first shift for a limited period as necessary to become familiar with Company processes, equipment, employees, and procedures.
